Bitter Defeat

Football is over!?! Kaden's team entered the playoffs with a 4-1 record, and went up against a team with the same record. The first play of the game the main QB was attempting a tackle and the running back kicked his throwing hand as they were going down, Zach wasn't able to handle the ball, and Kaden was the next victim in line. Kaden did a great job a great job stepping in, he usually only QB on throwing plays. He did take a helmet to the hip, and we weren't sure who was left to QB. Brandon, who is the offense coach was scrambling to find someone else, but Kaden had a series of defense to recoup and get out there for another beating. And boy did he get the 'tcrap beat out of him, almost every play he was going down, not sure if there was even a line to protect him, but he toughed it out and had some great throws and plays. They lost the game 6-12, but it was a good, hard fought game.

I love that Kaden is so serious about his sports (as he's following in his dad's footsteps). Great memories!
