We have been blessed to be surrounded by good people here that really look out for us. Our landlord/neighbor/friend had opening day tickets to see the Mariners, and since we all know what baseball fans we are, invited us to go along. To make it a surprise, we didn't tell the boys. Kaden and Sawyer skipped all the way down the hall when we got them out of school early. It was great to see the excitement in a little boys' eyes when we told them where we were going. It was a great day to spend as a family, now if only the M's could have won.
Going into the Stadium.
We were right off the 3rd baseline and 6 rows up, the boys were highly anticipating a foul ball, which never came.
Randy Johnson threw the opening pitch.
The awe of watching the "big leaugers".
And a trip to Seattle wouldn't be complete without eating on the wharf, even Brandon enjoyed his fish.
