I've been getting a little harrassment as of late for my poor blog posting. Our life has gone from hectic to out of control. I've actually had these pictures uploaded for a couple weeks now, but until I have time to caption each picture your just going ot have use your imagination of what is going on. But I'll give you a hint the first one starts with my baby shower and ends with Thanksgiving. Seriously, I might get Christmas posted with Lizzie's first birthday. Gasp, that's right around corner. Prize goes to whomever gets the most right, BUT you have to come see me to get your prize!

Baby Shower Thanks to Courtney and Alli and Mom!

Detton's cute little soccer team. Yes, I was the coach, and yes I was 3 weeks from having the baby.

Sawyer winding up for the pitch. He loves playing baseball!
April 24, 2011
Kaden was ordained to the Aaronic Priesthood by his father, Tony Jenks, Grandpa Rees, Grandpa Jenks, and Bishop Allred.

I, oh I mean, Sawyer earned his Bear!

Ben advancing to the 5 year old preschool class, he was so nervous.

Ben played "Buddy Ball" in Othello. I don't know if that means I was supposed to help him but Aunt Ashley was there so I figured I was off the hook. He loved it!

Detton Graduating Kindergarten. Now he's a big bad 1st grader, or so he says. Not to many bad bones in his body. Love that kid!

Elizabeth's blessing day. She was so sweet!
June 9, 2011
Detton charging to third base. Not a ton of intensity, but he loves playing baseball none the less.
April 2011
Now here is a kid that LOVES himself some baseball!

We took a trip to Utah so that the boys could attend a few sports camps. We were fortunate enough to have a small Mardean Allen/Bell/Davis/Cayci reunion. Minus Brandon. Mom flew up and then helped us drive back to Utah.
The Whole Family
June 30, 2011
While brothers were at camp Detton and Ben were able to take swimming lessons. I guess nobody told them that Jenks' don't float.
Ben spent hours riding "his" four wheeler. He would go out to the field behind grandma's house and then around the circle drive and back out. He loved it!
Detton was a little more cautious, in that he wasn't a real speed demon. He did rear-end Gage and end up flying over the handle bars. Didn't ride again after that.
Had to tell these two to slow it down all the time. I guess that's what happens when your young and invicible.
Story time with Grandpa. This was a precious time of the day, when all of them would pile in to Grandpa's big bed.
Kaden and Sawyer at baseball camp. They loved it and were able to take home a couple prizes.

Detton's Big 6 Birthday Party. Luckily there were plenty of cousins to come. He was a little intimidated by Chuck E. Cheese though.
Sawyer got in on the action too.
While we were there we had to make the annual trip to Lagoon. Next year Brandon had better be there!
July 4, 2011
Waiting for the parade to start and collect some candy.
Sawyer wanted to go to Lagoon-A-Beach for his actual birthday, no baby stuff here. This was the wide path of destruction that we made.
Later we went home and sang him happy birthday to his very own hamburger cake.

Dry Falls. Sawyer had stopped here for a field trip and really wanted to bring all of us back to show how amazing the view was.
After dry falls we went to the Indian Rez to do a little fishing.
Kaden reeling in the big one. Unfortunately, this one got away. Maybe you can see Sawyer's profile to see how excited they were.
We didn't leave empty handed. Sawyer and Ben both caught one. Ben's is the bigger one, and he was terrified of it.
August 2011
Before School started our good friends the Leathams came for a visit. We missed them terribly. But the boys had a great time. Red Sox were playing the Mariners, and since they were big fans of the Sox we stopped in for a game.
We took a quick walking tour of the pier and almost didn't make it back in time for the game. Brandon splurged for a bike cab. It was the best 30 bucks we ever spent. Those bike pullers really got their work out that day. For some reason the guy pulling me, Sawyer, and Detton had a way harder time that the guy pulling the other four family members.
We got in a round of golf and a little salmon fishing.
Amy and Jace working to stay on their tubes.
Summer wouldn't be complete without a camping trip. So we pulled a quick one and went to Pashastin.
Trying to warm up after a cold night. Lizzie's first campout!

We thought we'd have a little more together time and took a hike to Lenore Lake Caves. Supposedly, there are hyroglyphics but we never found them.
Looking out over the Lake
Day before school Kaden tried to put his eye out with sand. He and another friend were having a mud throwing fight. Spent the afternoon at the optometrist digging huge pieces of sand and rock out.
August 2011
Went to see Great-Grandma and Grandpa Jenks for the last time at their house. They were moving into a retirement home in Utah.
First day of School. Soooo excited. Especially with the swollen eye.
Everyone lined up for the annual dawn of innocence before they go to school picture.
September 6, 2011
Ben's first day of 5 year old preschool at Mrs. Katie's preschool.
Ben doesn't like to be left out of the sport action, we were able to sign him up for soccer tots and just loved it!
September 7, 2011
This wasn't Lizzie's first smile, but it's her first on caught on film.
September 2011
Detton back at the soccer. And no I wasn't the coach. Yay!
With the start of school comes Grid Kids football. Sawyer is #10, the quarterback, he did really well. Brandon signed us up to the the Grid Kids Prez. and man was it a lot of work.
Kaden had the awesome opportunity to play a little fall ball with some other boys from Moses Lake. It was a wood bat league so it took a little getting used to. But they did really well. Ended up taking the championship. Unfortunately, the championship game was played on Sunday so we had to opt out.
Kaden was lucky enough to QB for his 7th grade team. There weren't a lot of kids on the team so he definitely got his work out.

And then as soon as football was over. Basketball starts.

I am so glad you finally posted something! Love all the pics!
You have the cutest family. We were glad to get your Christmas Card.
When you see it look like that, it sure looks like you had quite a few fun months there (and busy, but mostly fun)!!
Loved all the pictures. That works just fine for me. On another note, um...what's up with Tony's pants?
Ya, I was kind of wondering what's "up" with his pants too. :)
It's good to see all your pictures! We haven't seen you guys in so long!
Hey Jen, is your house available for rent? We are moving back to Rexburg this summer and are in need of housing. (we have renters in ours and I don't really want to move back in anyway!)
thanks so much!
