I love flag football. The kids learn the basics without the fear of the hurt. Sawyer loves it too. Sometimes it takes him a while to warm up. He wasn't doing much the first game-he had a ton of great athletic friends on his team. So I upped the incentives, he got a quarter for every flag he pulled, and touchdown he scored, and every interception. He earned $3 before the two games were over. I probably need to negotiate to a dime.
