Blue and Gold Banquet

February is Scout month for those of you who are yet to be involved in the Cub Scout program. This entails wearing the Scout shirt-a lot. Doing good deeds. And the Blue and Gold Banquet. We have an awesome Cub Master- every month she goes to soooo much work to make sure that the boys have a good time. These are just a few of her decorations.

The Place Mats
The Wagon Train Serving Tables and Water Barrel Dispensers

So along with Blue and Gold, is the annual Father and Son cake bake. Surprise!!! Kaden and Brandon did a football. Our neighbor let us borrow a bowl that we used to make the cake, and I cut it out. But from there Brandon and Kaden did the rest of the work. Thanks to the many cakes that Brandon's mom made growing up, Brandon had a pretty good clue what to do. He used the cake decorating bag and everything.

Cake decorating Champions!! Better than I can do now!

The decorations were so classic. Remember how she did that so we can use the idea sometime. Did they have a special theme?
